We have been welcoming guests to Les Hauts Pâturages since 2016.  We know exactly what it takes to deliver exceptionally comfortable, unforgettable holidays, amazing food and great guest experience. 

 Doug's commitment to forestry and nature started as a boy growing up in the Lake District scampering over mountains and Rivers. As a musician Doug can often be found with his guitar around the firepit entertaining guests long into the night. 

Before arriving in France Susan ran a cookery school in Norfolk teaching children and adults.  Always passional about food Susan found herself cooking for guests receiving amazing reviews. 

 Organically the food side of the business has developed with Susan and Doug offering small bespoke weddings, super clubs and celebration events from the property with great success.

Living on the property we delight in welcoming guests personally and love to share our knowlege of this amazing area with everyone.
