We seek out exceptional produce from artisan suppliers, raid the local markets and change our menus and recipes to reflect the seasons. Beloved by our guests, featuring locally produced, fresh, seasonal and flavoursome food. Ossun ez Angles is a typical Pyrenean village, surrounded by mountains. Weaving together the flavours of the black Bigorre pigs, the Baregeoise sheep, and local cheese from the Val D’Azun, our dishes draw inspiration from all corners of Europe and beyond.

Our pizza is prepared and cooked in our wood fired oven to order and served on wooden boards accompanied by a seasonal green salad and a dessert.
Brunch - Sumptuous | lovingly prepared | locally sourced 19 € | 8 €
Usually served on your last day, late morning (by prior agreement) and includes a late check-out.
